Our journey began as high school sweethearts, two teenagers at the age of 17. What started as a young romance became a bond that stood strong against time and distance. After graduating high school, life took us to separate colleges, and we began six-years of long-distance dating.

Through all those years, he pursued his passion for baseball, spending countless hours on the field along with college courses while I, also, navigated the challenges of college working toward pursuing my degree.

Despite the miles between us, we found ways to stay connected, supporting each other through the highs and lows of college life, cheering through many baseball seasons, and traveling back and forth to spend every moment we could together.

After graduating, I started in the professional world while he continued his studies and baseball career. Balancing our individual goals and dreams while keeping focus on our relationship wasn’t always easy, but it strengthened the foundation of our love and commitment and deepened our relationship.

Today, we’re proud to say we’re both building wonderful careers and live near one another, no longer having to do long distance. In October of 2024, during a trip to the Grand Tetons, AJ asked me to spend forever with him. It was the perfect culmination of all the years we’ve shared and the adventures we’ve faced together.

As we look ahead to early 2026, we’re excitedly planning our wedding—a celebration of love, resilience, and the incredible journey that brought us here. We can’t wait to begin this next chapter as husband and wife, surrounded by the family and friends who have supported us along the way.
